#FKOF00 took a bit of a back seat recently with everything else that's been going on - but for #FKOF006 we're back with a bit of a bang...

We've been long, long-time fans of Will http://soundcloud.com/dismantlemusic. He's part of a new project with Boxfresh known as #BeforeMondayComes:

"Born in 1989 and sold on the stalls of Greenwich market, Boxfresh is an original streetwear brand. Famed for its musical collaborations, this spring will see Boxfresh embark on an international journey with emerging dance DJ, Dismantle. The series entitled ‘Before Monday Comes’ will be a cultural catalogue across five cities, and documented by Vice magazine. The trip will see Dismantle travel to the most interesting and up-and-coming music scenes in New York, Beijing, Berlin, Stockholm and finally, London."

We got talking to the guys at Boxfresh recently and they said they had a mix from <a href="http://youtu.be/iPJtcno8FuU">Stockholm</a> - so here it is. And what a mix it is!

FKOF006 - Dismantle

Coming off a very exciting weekend with the whole Soulection crew. We just played about 4 events in a course of 5 days. We are a bit drained from all the constant shows, but the music is keeping us moving strong. Shouts to Mr. Carmack and The Crosby as well as Delicious Vinyl. We just want to thank Delicious Vinyl for embracing us and giving us a platform. Shouts to Kaytranada and the whole HW&W crew as well. We went to support Kaytranada at his LA show recently and left really inspired by his set.

Had to start this show with a new unreleased gem from Kaytra and play all the classics/unreleased material as usual. Esta finally stopped by to drop an official set and talk about what's next for him. He really impressed us with his house vibes. This man is diverse. Andres also came through and graced us with a heavy hitter set. Spread this if you feel it.

Here we are with our 150th session! Wow, big ups to everyone who tuned in live. We had so many listeners that Kbeach's server's were overloaded. We are so happy that this talented & vibrant woman SOSUPERSAM finally came through the studio. It's been a long time coming and we're happy that you finally get a feel for who she is musically and as a person. Wasn't quite sure what she was gonna play for us, but she showed a great diversity and really brought us back to a place that was very much needed towards the end of her set. She's even cooler as a person. Being humble and driven will always get you far. Joe Kay really brought out a diverse selection of music. If you missed the live broadcast then you missed out on an exclusive 25+ minute session that went past our 3rd hour and that only covered unreleased exclusives from our forthcoming catalog. BOGL  is a man of mystery, DJ and music enthusiast originally from Las Vegas, NV. With his parties, Soundpieces, Bogl has been able to host and play alongside current left-field artists from around the world in San Francisco and beyond for years. His charisma is like that of a friendly ghost; he is kept close to your heart as one would a godfather, while basically existing as an untouchable phenomenon. He’s become known for appearing out of what seems like thin air to play an eclectic selection of bass heavy productions, take you to an unfathomable dimension, then suddenly vanishing to another far off place. It make us wonder how it’s even possible for Bogl to exist. 

His career has taken him literally all over the globe touring alongside artists such as Diplo and Truth, he’s been a resident at  Symbiosis Gathering and performing Outlook, Shambhala, and BassCoast festival several times among others, and makes frequent stops anywhere from Asia, to Europe, to Canada. With his career as a DJ nearing ten years, Bogl is moving forward to release secret production projects with fellow bass music artists, while leading the rapid expansion of Soundpieces that already has a long-term established legacy of blowing minds with their “good fortune” music experiences.
