"Connection" is a piano piece about presence — the invisible threads that hold us together. Inspired by a monastery’s quiet beauty, it reflects on how moments of silence, faith, and closeness can create something eternal. This is music for shared stillness, for remembering that we are never alone.

Connection

Composed for cello, contra bassoon, trombone and electronics. The electronics create a sound on sound looping effect, similar to Frippertronics used by Brian Eno and Robert Fripp.

Fabian Kempe's productions under the name of Korridor have consistently presented a foreboding and striking assembly. Previous appearances on Northern Electronics have taken in stuttering percussive works as well as tense minimalist designs. His debut album 'End of Cycle' applies a breadth of expression to a wide palette of mesmerizing and intense fit-outs that corrode and fortify in equal measure.

'End of Cycle' is born of a deeply personal set of experiences to have marked Kempe's life. Shortcomings and tribulations that have prompted spirals back to starting places and beginnings have informed the mood and missive that his debut album seeks to portray. Taking in themes that stretch from despondency to paranoid elation, Kempe has developed an architecture that lets austerity scream. Stark and synthetic ambient plains lead us out of conditions for communal experience, yet it's these passages that enable the sharp and brooding dancefloor works to deliver the barbed disturbances that they transport.

Korridor – Eventually We Will See the Beginning Again

For its second release, Prague's @Harmony-Rec showcases its co-founder's music with a mesmerizing 5-tracker EP including two original pieces, two beautiful remixes from Primal Code and Birds ov Paradise, plus an ambient mix from Al @fred-Czital himself.

Monument chose to premiere Lippa, the eponymous track being a great resume of what the release is about: driving basslines, deep tribal-infused rhythms and enchanting ambient pads.

What is silence? Is it solely the absence of sound? Or are all sounds springing out of silence and falls back into the same? And what is sound without context? Is it just nonsense? Or is there something more universal to it?

Where did the second vinyl go? Is it sitting in an attic or warehouse somewhere waiting to be discovered? Is it being played as you are reading this? Is all of this just a game? Are YOU being played?

Did someone make this music or did the music just happen? Where does the process of creation start? Where does it end? And who is the listener? How does the listener affect the music? Is there really any separation between the creator, listener and the music? Are they all one and the same?

What is next? Where is all this going?Is there an end? Or are your actions just another event happening in this never-ending stream of consciousness? And to whom is it happening?

PREMIERE : Cyspe - Morning Revelations [Lowless]

Did you play the game? Did you find out the many answers that awaited you in the conundrum of who?

Analogue warrior, Sebastian Mullaert, invited you on a hide and seek search for the further recordings of Who? This concept release, in collaboration with Boelja, offered fans the chance to immerse themselves in the music whilst taking part in an online quest. Housed in a gatefold sleeve, and containing the first disc of this two part release, those who completed the quest received instructions on how to pick up the second piece of 12” vinyl, completing the set.

And now the end of Who has come, with Hypercolour releasing the final three answers to the questions raised on this cryptic journey. Fathoms deep musical explorations from Mullaert will not disappoint, so if you’re late to the game, now is the chance to figure out Who’s Who in all this….
