I chiseled away at this track for a while before I really got into it - then it was all at once.  I was trying out a vocal sample library and strung together a nice melodic line made of only  'ooh' and 'ahh' samples.  But the melody fit great and was suggestive. I found myself dreaming up a lyric for it.  Of course, I don't have a vocalist handy, right this second.  But a music app called ACE Studio lent my melody, rhythm and lyrics a voice.  This is a big win for me. 

Yes, even the current version of AI can write a whole song in 30 seconds that sounds better than anything I've ever written.  I've heard it.  Big deal. As soon as a computer beat the chess world champion, I understood my...our fate.  With music, I've settled right into "good enough to fool most people some of the time and some people most of the time".  I know at least ONE person will love every tune I write.
