With a good few releases under his belt on labels such as Gene On Earth’s The Sound Of Limo, Gestalt Records, The Sound Of Steam or Craigie Knowes Bristol-based artist Boulderhead has built quite a formidable discography since 2020 and if pressing plants weren’t as busy as they are, the Welsh would have even more music of himself out there. Aside from releasing own music Henry James, Boulderhead’s real name, runs his own label Mint Tea, on which he’s been putting out VAs only so far, also including music from himself under his real name. However, since the label is a passion project according to Henry it does not follow a regular releasing schedule but now seems to be back with an EP and maybe more. In an interview with Torture the Artist Boulderhead speaks about the success of his latest release, the future of the label, how he likes his tea served and more. Additionally he’s mixed and compiled the latest edition of the art:cast series and it’s a deep-treat.

The monthly 2-hour show is hosted by Peletronic. He is a versatile DJ from Vienna with a respectable pool of releases, available on both vinyl & digital. Furthermore, he is co-hosting his own events via Acid Lambada and is also a regular artist at Fortunea Records.

Daze Like This #13 w/ Peletronic + Paradiso Rhythm - 26.05.23

For "Here Until Now", eclectic producers Luigi Sambuy and Kris Berle take a departure from the sound they are respectively are known for, blending influences from Omar S, Moodyman and Theo Parrish. The two have a lot in common, both being expats in the USA and Mexico. They both made strides in their respective scenes, organizing parties, hosting radio shows and writing music. The result is a balanced tool for the cross-genre DJ, blending elements of lo-fi, minimal and sample based 90s house music. The single will be the first self-release of both artists and will be out September 1st in occasion of Bandcamp Friday.

Luigi Sambuy and Kris Berle are two producers from Italy and Norway respectively. Their paths cross at Burning Man in 2022, after which they initiated a fond friendship sparkled by their love of record collecting and production. In November 2022 Luigi debuted a new concept of events in NY called "Metronome", for which Kris was the inaugural guest.

London-raised, Valencia-based artist, Silverlining, delivers his twelfth outing on his solo-only label, Silverlining Dubs, which consists out of two original tracks, namely Comares and Downtime with both tracks, according to the press ‘exploring previously unexplored sonic territories‘ for the artist. Unsurprisingly Comares, the A1, features a conglomerate of various influences. Starting with some Leftfield/Electronica vibes the track slowly but more and more unfolds its spacey acidic-site before utterly turning into a dubby anthem with the addition of a soulful vocal snippet, which provides the track with a hitherto not entirely existing warmth and reveals another facet of the track and Silverling himself.
