Stelvio, a Swiss DJ and producer, has been touring clubs and festivals in French-speaking Switzerland for over 5 years now. Passionate about house music and inspired by current pioneers such as Chris Stussy, Djoko and M-High, he combines funk and 90s sounds with a relentless groove, spicing up his sets with rhythms from the minimal scene. In this vinyl-only mix, you'll find all the influences he draws on to produce and get the scene dancing. My name is Archan Harnam. I am 26 years old and come from Rotterdam. I have always had a passion for House music. It triggered me for a long time to start mixing and find out more about producing. Knowing that my cousins ​​had a DDJ400 at home in the attic, which ultimately was not used, I asked if I could take over the DDJ. It started with making mixtapes and practicing a lot at home. Then in July I followed the Beginners DJ Course at “DHA Academy” and, thanks to Josh Charm (@joshcharmmusic), I learned how to build a set using different mixing techniques.

I will continue this in 2024. My goals for 2024 are to further develop and expand my DJ skills. I want to learn from DJ/Producers around me, will take the production course and, based on this knowledge, set the goal of producing my own Minimal House / House / Deep Tech track(s) in 2024.

I went out for drinks with this girl from Tinder a while back. She was cool… until she wouldn't stop talking about Fred Again being “the best DJ to ever walk the earth” (no shade Fred). I eventually say “I actually make music too, we could go to mine and I’ll show u a little.”

We get to my place and I ask her fav (non Fred Again) song. She says “that new Jack Harlow one.” I rip the acapella and drop it in Ableton.

10 minutes in she puts her hand on my leg and goes "wanna watch a movie?” I said “nah papi’s cookin rn.”

She left. I stayed up all night cookin. When I sent it to her the next morning she replied “u literally picked making untz untz music instead of me
