Alex Blank is one of the most active DJ's, producers and promoters of germany's NRW area. 

With his sets, events, and productions he show a neverending passion for spreading his personal blend of techno.

With his OFF recordings debut, Alex offers us two originals:

Bring It Back is a piece of spaced out functional peaktime techno memorable due to its eponymous vocal.

Balanced is a deeper, more trippy affair, a hypnotic vocal loop meets a functional groove and laidback groove.

Yan Cook turns things up a notch by turning Bring It back into a dubby warehouse stomper, perfect for the big floors.

The artwork is just totally me. I make every Blvckplvgue’s covers, and wanted to be represented for who I am : a guy who does not take things too seriously. Going hard, even as a DJ, does not necessarily mean being dead serious ; nor wearing black stuff and a poker face. Music is not made that way, this is just not me. 

I made this EP for one purpose : the dancefloor. I just put what makes me feel going hard : hard percussions, hard synth coupled with hard beats. Some soft moments may allow you to breath, but only to go even harder right after.
