Well, we've got a new era of Grownden music coming soon. Some of you on social media may have noticed that I'm teasing something big, but before we get to that, here's an unofficial remix I made a few weeks ago as a tribute to Silkenwood. I remixed a track from the label unofficially back in December, and now they're going on hiatus, so what better way to pay tribute than to do another remix?

And this one is a flip of Reverie Syndrome's track taken from Silkenwood's "Sleepover Vol. 5: LIGHTS OUT" compilation, where participants were tasked with making a song within three days over a weekend. The original track by itself is amazing with its hybrid of indie rock and hyper pop, and I'd recommend you go stream that because all proceeds from the track go to charity, as well as the other tracks from the compilation. However, this flip takes the drop and turns it into Color Trance, complete with layering the OG drop and making it sound straight out of 2015. There's even a switch-up in the drop too, which.... I'm not gonna spoil that too much. You'll just have to listen and find out.

There's lots of new music coming soon that I can't wait for you all to hear, but until then, I hope you guys enjoy this remix of Reverie Syndrome's amazing track "A Perilous Endless Dream Cycle (Can't Wake Up)"!

Upbeat Pop Uplifting Inspiring

First track of 2025.
I love it when I am in the flow, everything just fell in place without much effort.
Having said that, I set up the main melody synth in such a way that it heavily relied on randomization, so I had to bake down 10 different versions of it, and picked the "right" one for each time it played. That probably took as much time as the rest of the track combined.

I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I did creating it.
