Chris “Soul” Torres was born on June 23rd 1990 in Brooklyn, New York. Shuffled around between his parents who were divorced when he was 7, Chris spent the majority of his time with his mother, a graduate of LaGuardia High School that majored in vocal music. You could say that the music gene had a big influence on him and the "singing apple" didn't fall far from the tree. 

An aspiring rapper, artist extraordinaire, Soul is a rare find in the world of Hip-Hop/Rap/R&B. His soulful, young and vibrant voice spits out lyrics that are a reflection of the things he sees and thinks about...Off the top, off the cuff, off the dome. Much like his inspirations, Kanye West and Lil Wayne. 

Soul has a special "edge" in the world of Hip-Hop and R&B. His Latino background is sure to bring a special flavor...a "something-something" that's just a little different....what the industry needs.
