This song is about all the times you have been messed with. Too many times you have trusted people only to get betrayed, leading to anxiety and trust issues. Now you expect people to hurt you and assume they’re all as awful as the people before. You struggle to confide in others and feel insignificant, and that you don’t matter at all. This song is about those who try to pretend nothing has happened and try to weave their way back into your life, only being decent when they need something from you.

This song is about no longer giving in to them, giving them what they want when all they do is hurt you. They fucked with you, have messed with you and hurt you. They don’t deserve another chance. They have broken everything they had with you and things cannot be fixed and won’t ever be the same again. You need to let them go and cut the cord, finally detaching.

This song is more aggressive and a different style to what I usually do. I want this song to highlight the hatred and anger I feel towards the people that have fucked with me and messed with me. I hope you guys like this, it’s another one of my biggest projects ever.
