first talks of the name monday mourning came to be half way through 2020 and was first envisioned as a folk-punk duo by the creators patrick richardson and marcus jodouin. With numerous delays and shifts in plans the name has become more of a loose punk/alternative project with various styles driving the themes of the projects.
