Next up for our meanwhile moments series we are proud to present one of the world's finest DJ exponents of deep futuristic progressive house, Belgium's Eran Aviner.
As label head of Edge Records,  his infamous Edge events, and with a touring schedule around Eruope & beyond, Eran's set always speak to a woven tapestry into a journey of sound.
His "room service" sessions throughout the pandemic highlighted Eran's passion for his sound & sharing it with the world.
This set is a fantastic journey recorded live at the recent Extrema Festival in Belgium!

One sweet day, the cherished dream of creating his own music and becoming a DJ came true. Having singed his records to labels such as Sudbeat and Plattenbank has made him a vast feature in today’s world of electronic music.  His musical intuition, great mixing skills and openness for innovative influences make every party worthy of its definition. By consciously adapting his music to the audience and carefully building up the tempo, he succeeds to turn every party into one that will definitely be remembered. Having found something that was missing in Antwerps nightlife he founded, together with his partner, a new concept called EDGE in 2014 which has already booked some of the biggest names in the industry such as John Digweed, Sasha, Lee Burridge, Adriatique, Stephan Bodzin, Hernan Cattaneo b2b Guy J just to mention a few. EDGE was founded to bring party people, Dj’s and musical influences from different cultures and styles together. Since its initial conception in Antwerp EDGE expanded its horizons and has held editions in Tel Aviv and Amsterdam. Yes, we are in the air with the PFG Progcast, jetting you off to another exclusive destination, where a world class artist delivers us a world class set. 

It is our debut visit to the beautiful Mediterranean locale of Greece, home to many open air parties and raves over the years. Here we find one of her premier electronic artists, well versed in Production, Remixing and of course DJing! 

We are mega excited about this one, has been a while in the planning, so please make some noise for Simos Tagias!! 

Simos Tagias was born and raised in 1982 in the city of Serres, located in the North of Greece. His name has been well connected with high quality electronic dance music since 2012, from Progressive to Tech House and Techno. 

He first started getting experience in House music and rhythms in the mid 1990s, a passion for the music that lead him into performing his very first mixes as a DJ in private, underground parties.

His love for Electronic music expanded while working on his very first studio projects in the early 2010s, which quickly attracted the interests of labels like Change Audio, Modu and Lynx Records. This has continued right up to the present day, Simos can now count top class releases on labels like Proton, UV/FSOE, Sudbeat, Clubsonica , Beatfreak Recordings and Movement Recordings. These tracks receive great support from the likes of Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Cid Inc, Guy J, Sasha, John Digweed and more! 

The last year has seen important gigs starting up in the Greek scene, in the north such as Movement Events @ Block33 (Thessaloniki), and Bloque Festival(Kavala). Here Simos shares the decks with artists from around the world including Guy J, Moshic, Luis Junior, Scotty A, Navar, Estroe and more.

Nowadays, Simos gets busy working on limited and well-focused studio projects, as well as these gigs around the country. There is news and projects to be seen and heard in the near future, so keep an eye on him!
