With their HQ bursting at the seam with innovative and fresh new music, Guru are unleashing an Autumn Compilation called FALL*ing . Diverse, exciting and full of new ideas, this compilation celebrates everything that makes Guru the instituation it has become today.
 
The compilation begins with Papiyon’s inimitable “Jaded.” A warm, refined house strut that shimmers with a classic aesthetic and an upfront, modern attitude, this track opens the release in distinctive style. “Lose It” by Lcarix is a more stripped back affair that settles into eerie, low-slung grooves and quiet hypnotism. MOT take us into big-room territory with “Back”s swollen bass and surging momentum. Thick slabs of grumbling bass surge forward alongside old school breaks and building tension to create an energetic and potent dancefloor bomb.
 
DeeD’s “No!” is a wonky afterparty track that see swirling synths, tumbling beats, cascading grooves and pummelling bass creating an intoxicating freak-out of a track. On “Flow” SuperJam, Foxel & Lowdness tap into a powerful, underground house sound. Jolts of shuddering bass fire indiscriminately alongside frenzied synths to create a unique floor cut. 
 
Aliii & Destlours delve into the atmospheric, UK bass stylings of “Double dealing” before PROMI5E & IMAG bring the release to an impressive end with the hard-hitting, highly distinctive “Hit The Ground.” Layers of grainy, industrial drone and booming bass build a dense and tough soundscape that is as unusual as it is powerful and unrelenting.
