These are 4 movements done by first creating a sound and then writing something interesting for it.  2 of these where used in the tracks Unfolder and Chernobyl.  The others are still unused demos

Doepfer Adventures

The backbone of the track Chernobyl is this melody on a modular patch that was created with on oscillator fluctuating in pitch, but in scale, and the others set so performing scaled pitch-shifting on a manual controller could be part of the performance.

Simple 317 - Chernobil (Stripped)

Still an unused demo.  This is written for this modular patch focusing on hard-syncing two oscillators with inverted modulation for stereo imaging.

Simple 319 - Unfinished V01

The backbone of the track Unfolder is this thundering sound created by having two oscillators, split in stereo, taking turns gliding up and back down in pitch, in scale and very fast.  when the LFO controlling the modulation slows down you are in for a treat.

Jack Hamill’s Space Dimension Controller project has delivered some of the most enduring electronic music in recent times. Via single and album releases for the likes of Ninja Tune, Royal Oak, Dekmantel and Aus Music, SDC has thrilled with a certain timeless sound that has embodied science fiction swirling tones, glitchy and granular beats and a nostalgia for electronic music that always sounds futuristic.

BODA - Floor On Fire

The word "resistance" is deeply embedded in the ethos of techno. For her debut release on the Tresor Records, the British artist and Tresor resident, IMOGEN, explores the concept of resilience; a related and equally vital concept.

Taking its name from a theological term meaning a fundamental change of mind or spiritual conversion, Metanoia is fuelled by IMOGEN's processing of what she describes as one of the most challenging years of her life.

Any struggle against injustice or misfortune takes time and effort which requires finding a fortitude within, not only to surpass the hardship itself but to not lose ourselves to despair or bitterness in the process.

IMOGEN's journey is summed up in the lead track, The Way She Moves - resilience is, after all, a persistence to continue, to move forward. The struggle against hardship is laid out in track titles like Tired Bones and Growing in the Dark before a sense of catharsis is reached in Breathe Again and Melancholy Flower. 

The music similarly mirror her experiences, passing through sadness, anger, before ultimately landing at acceptance and a newfound drive for self-actualisation and greater interoception; after all, the end goal of any resistance is liberation.

IMOGEN - Tired Bones

Juan Atkins' Infiniti project combines raw tactility and puristic elegance with Skynet, where slinking grooves mask chaotic frequencies and roughly-hewn structure.

Alongside fellow Detroit legend Terrence Dixon who appears on several tracks, Atkins exposes the life and emotion in machines, outputting a biomorphic atmosphere of industrial soul.

The ongoing importance of this album is indisputable, essential both to techno and to Tresor.

Intiche is a musician from Wallmapu (Bs.As; Argentina) and now a resident in Berlin, Germany.

His Music is a very powerfull mix of native music with electronic, minimal and energetic sounds.

A deep fusion of natural-organic sounds, traditional instruments, electro, nu-cumbia, tribal, trance, minimal and native, his (self-produced) Music will take us into the heart of jungle-mountain-seas-landscapes of the Americas


His music makes a consistent awareness.

The rhythm is also an approach to our brother and sister-protector of Pachamama (Mother Earth).

The approximations of their visions, their ancestral experiences in connection with nature and the knowledge of it, mixed with his motivation and energy produces this music.

The dancing and the music vibration in this new time is what effects a positive re-evolution.
The conciousness expands, changing it for our Mother Earth to win respekt again for her and also respect for ourselves without destroying us or our Nature.

This is a recording of my live set on the world bass stage at Cosmic Convergence 2017-18 - a festival to bring in the new year located on beautiful Lake Atitlan, Guatemala where I call home. This is a collection of unreleased music I have been working on over the last months with a number of collaborators. (set list below)

Many people came to me after this set and said they felt this balance of the masculine and feminine that was a powerful and unique experience for them. There were times during the set where I connected so deeply with the feminine that I almost felt as if I were transformed into a woman. This was a very powerful journey for me to share this music with a dance floor full of open minded beautiful people from around the world and it is an honor to share it now with you.

The artwork is a stylization of the Lovers card out of the Rider-Waite tarot deck. I work extensively with the tarot in my own journey of uncovering the mysteries of life and as an oracle in my daily practice of connecting deeper with the energies present within myself and in my environment. The Lovers card represents a harmony, a balance between the masculine and feminine aspects of the individual. It is a love affair of the intellect and the emotions, of the analytical mind with the intuitive mind. Through this love affair we are able to arrive to a greater internal balance and a deeper harmony with our environment.

Mose - Balance (Live Set)

Drumcode has become a label synonymous with some of the most-cutting edge and forward-thinking techno over the last 20 years. Their artists include both emerging and established names, and one of those well recognised is Enrico Sangiuliano. Now announcing the very first concept album of his career.

The prolific Italian producer has been catapulted into the limelight after the runaway success of his past releases, and now Biomorph is born. 

A very special concept album designed to take the listener on a journey of evolution. A musical adaptation describing how biological and technological advances over numerous generations of time have all started from the same first step in our own biological journey.

Divided into 4 parts, Organisms opens with atmospheric tones, gradually blending complex textures and timbres to begin the evolutional process. The beginning of this section combines full sounding arrangements before stripping it all back to basics. From here it dissolves into the atmosphere. Organisms then progresses into a break-beat influenced, down tempo track using synths to add complexity to the straight, broken rhythms.

Galactic, futuristic elements are found in both tracks in Cosmic Forces. Upbeat, groovy, electronic synths resonate, before ‘Hidden T’ brings the tension to get things pumped up with stratospheric swirls and twirls to lay down one of the most mind meltingly deep drops.

Metamorphosis is mysterious, its opening beat is a deep and piercing tone that sends the listener into a sensory awareness of their surroundings before breaking into a fully charged, techno track, with Enrico’s trademark sounds and textures.

All evolution has an ending.

Two Probabilities shows the positive, starting out evocative and emotional, with a gentle harmony, gazing towards a ‘New Dawn’. On the other side of the spectrum lies the negative. This is influenced with a rhythm that articulates the beat of death, mathematical, cold and metallic in texture, it shows the unsustainability of its nature, with a hectic, anxious break beat influenced ending.

The digital version also features a bonus track; 'A Further Existence'.

BIO:
The Icelandic band Gus Gus originally spawned from a shortcut made by Siggi Kjartansson and Stefán Árni (a.k.a. Arni & Kinski) called “Pleasure”. Initially the band was acclaimed as an avant-garde collective of musicians, producers, filmmakers and performers. They mixed together different mediums to create a unique mixture of sound and vision. Their trademark style is combined with funky bass, streamlined synths and the intelligent use of technology and art. Árni & Kinski did the visual part and the musical side was driven by Birgir Þórarinsson (a.k.a. Veiran), Stephan Stephenssen (a.k.a President Bongo), Magnús Guðmundsson (a.k.a. Herb Legowitz). The live band was fronted by singers Daníel Ágúst, Hafdís Huld and Magnús Jónsson (a.k.a. Blake).

Gus Gus is an electronic soul band formed in 1995. A short break in a making of the shortcut made it possible for the first Gus Gus self-titled album to be born. In 1996 the band signed to 4AD Records that released their widely acclaimed second album “Polydistortion”. "This Is Normal" followed in 1999 and finally "Gus Gus vs T-World" appeared in 2000. During the 4AD years, Gus Gus started touring massively, stirring the music world with their powerful live-show. The touring life was stressful for the nine some and eventually called for changes within the line up. Six original members left and the three remaining producers (Veiran, President Bongo and Herb Legowitz) soon found hope in a new female singer, Earth aka Urður Hákonardóttir. The band has ever since focused on being a musical entity. 

In 2002 Gus Gus re-appeared with their 4th studio album "Attention" which includes their most successful dance floor hit “David”. On the album the band teamed up with the legendary producer Gareth Jones and Finnish multi-instrumentalist Jimi Tenor. The album demonstrates a sharply focused club-band full of creativity and even more energetic than ever. Daníel Ágúst
