29th August sees highly regarded DJ/Producer German Brigante return to Mar-T’s celebrated imprint Wow! Recordings with his latest EP entitled, ‘Re-Interpretations’.

This excellent 3-track release follows the talented Spaniard’s previous Wow Recordings outing entitled ‘Look It’s Me (Remixed)’ EP(2015) plus several high-profile releases on respected labels such as; Get Physical, Off Recordings, Suara and Dirtybird.

Kicking off proceedings is Brigante’s fresh edit of ‘Syndrome James’, followed by our Debut Transmission today, a stunning remix from the revered Vienna-based Brazilian DJ/vocalist/producer Joyce Muniz, who transforms ‘Syndrome James’ into an killer Tech-House track, chopping up the original’s vocals and looping them over a dark pulsating groove and powerful bassline.

‘Re-Interpretations’ EP is available exclusively via Beatport on August 29th and everywhere else two weeks later.

Mihalis Safras makes his debut on Hot Creations with his Raygun Rave EP. Hard-hitting basslines and rolling melodies feature throughout the EP plus a ‘Paradiso’ remix from Mathias Kaden.

With an addictive and melodic bass, title track Raygun Rave is a dancefloor awakener with influence from a bygone era. One Stop to Babel is up next with bouncing bass and mesmeric synthesis; Mathias Kaden has reinvented the track on the flip, incorporating robotic synths and wavy vocals. Finally, Sagit has a muted bassline, with a springy melody throughout and a hard-hitting kick that makes an appearance halfway.

Since 2006, the Material Series co-founder has been steadily rising within the house scene. Hailing from the city of Athens, Safras has had an impressive array of releases on numerous labels including Cajual, Relief and Material. His Play it Loud remix for Marco Carola last year received a huge response catapulting him to new levels of stardom.
Producing since 2001, Kaden has demonstrated his versatile style and individual approach throughout his career. Alongside his DJing capabilities, the German producer demonstrated his impeccable freestyle efficiency playing part-live sets throughout his album tour. Often called upon for his remix abilities, he has featured alongside artists such as Mathias Tanzmann, Anja Schneider and Trentemöller.

Following a remix on Hottrax, James Burnham aka Burnski is back under his James Solace alias to release Mind Music, a formidable first full release featuring four equally as impressive tracks released this February on Hot Creations.

Keep On sets the tone of this sumptuous release, rumbling sub-bass holds the track together, like a huge wave it slowly gains intensity, given room to breathe until it unfurls into a powerful weapon. A heavy dose of playful funk is applied on Catalyst, with guitar, squelching synth and a dash of warm soul. Mind Music is a deep and hypnotic piece, an addictive vocal loop over laser sharp synth and becomes firmly embedded in the psyche. Finally, Groove does what it says on the tin and sees James expertly craft another solid beat where growling bass combines with licks of pulsating acid that will undoubtedly send the dance floor into raptures.

UK hero James Solace also known as Burnski has made his name through a penchant for moving through many styles of music with ease, always being one step ahead of the trend and mixing the new with the old. Whether it be his trade-mark tech-house grooves released under Burnski or through his Instinct alias and label where he channels drum and bass, garage and 2-step, his productions are always of the highest quality. He boasts regular gigs at esteemed venues including DC10, Fabric, Rex Club and Watergate. As well as this forthcoming EP under this alias on Hot Creations, he also has big records to come on Knee Deep in Sound, Four Thirty Two and Last Night On Earth. Selector, producer, label curator and radio host Darius Syrossian has dedicated his life to collecting and sharing the highest quality house and techno records. His productions have landed on respected labels including Get Physical, Drumcode, 8Bit, Moon Harbour, We Are The Brave and Defected, with whom his ethos is strongly aligned.
