Gutbucket was a Philadelphia-based funk band that was active from 1989-1995. Co-led by childhood friends, Adam Guth (drums) and Aaron Levinson (vocals), Gutbucket combined elements of old-school funk, rock and hip hop to create hard-hitting, danceable, nasty grooves. In 1990, they were joined by guitarist, Jef Lee Johnson, who really helped to crystallize the band's sound and concept with his utterly unique and impeccably funky style.

This line-up consists of Skippy 'n' Ace, plus guitarist, Jef Lee Johnson and bassist extraordinaire, Jamaaladeen Tacuma. It was recorded liven at Silk City, Philly, 1994. Enjoy!
