A moving piece drenched in reverb that evolves from ambient new age to garish rock with light metal elements. 

Inspired heavily by Enigma and BYU Vocal Point's "Nearer, My God, to Thee" as arranged by James Stevens, this piece is a deeply emotional one about enduring hardship, where at the point of death, the heavens rescued me.

The remaining latin chant that was vocoded is original, and I fake and baked a rough translation of a prayer in english to latin with Google Translate. It doesn't have to be perfect to be good enough!
