He's got angst, he's got fuzz, he's a lot of emotional shit to work out through music. He also raps. Look I've known Isiah for many moons and this is his best work yet. I've heard all these songs live and in demo form and I can tell you for a fact that he has crafted them into their most perfect form here (although I prefer the live version of Bad Comparisons because I get to play accordion (when I remember to bring it to shows)). Isiah's skill as a recording artist has greatly improved as he got better gear and let music consume his life. Isiah's singing has greatly improved over this last year as well. It must be noted that many instruments Isiah plays were not featured on this album (such as Euphonium, vibraphone, glockenspiel, ukelele, african flute that he can make noises with, and harmonica). He is a completely self taught musician (except for all the shit I've taught him). I am in his band, he is in my band, we are in bands together. We got our own little Elephant 6 type deal but with not as good music. All of these songs are good but my favorites are Waste Of Time, Bad Comparisons, and Suicide Or The Space Academy (because it was the one I helped with, I am an egotistical freak, I am a genius, listen to my music).
