G William Boyd is a melodic rock singer and musician from Dallas, Texas. Inspired by great bands like Metallica, Guns N' Roses, and Led Zeppelin, G has a powerful, guitar driven musical style. He is passionate about performing high energy, quality rock shows for his audience.

G William Boyd’s debut E.P. "Different", released in February 2013, showcases the masterful guitar playing and melodic vocals that are his signature. Combining melodic songwriting with hard riffing, it's pure, against the grain, American heavy metal at it's finest.

In August 2013, G was selected by the prestigious Musicians Institute as their Mayhem Independent Artist Scholarship winner where he is now refining his musical skills. At age 19, he was honored to be selected to play on the Main Stage at the State Fair of Texas, the largest state fair in the nation. 
G is proud to perform at charity events as a member of the Southern California chapter of Tunes for Tots. Additionally, he has made appearances for our service men and women including NFOTUSA military radio and the annual Carry the Load walk.

Currently living in Los Angeles, G is attending Musicians Institute and writing new material for his first full length album. Rock is an ever-changing genre, and the bands we remember, are the trend-setters, the ones who throw out tradition in favor of a new form of expression. One look at G William Boyd, and you may be witnessing the next trailblazer sooner than you think.
