For over two decades, Gretchen Peters has been one of Nashville's most beloved and respected artists. "If Peters never delivers another tune as achingly beautiful as 'On A Bus To St. Cloud,'" People Magazine wrote, "she has already earned herself a spot among country's upper echelon of contemporary composers.” Inducted into the Nash- ville Songwriters Hall of Fame in October 2014 by singer-songwriter Rodney Crowell, who called her "both a songwriter and a poet (who) sings as beautifully as she writes,” and said her song “The Matador”, "moved me so greatly, I cried from the soles of my feet”, Peters has accumulated accolades as a songwriter for artists as diverse as Etta James, Bonnie Raitt, The Neville Brothers, Patty Loveless, George Strait, Bryan Adams and Faith Hill. Her song “Independence Day”, recorded by Martina McBride, won a CMA Song of the Year award in 1995. She has been nominated for 2 Grammys (“Indepen- dence Day/Martina McBride, “You Don’t Even Know Who I Am”/Patty Loveless), a Gold- en Globe (“Here I Am”/Bryan Adams), and numerous other awards. Her 2015 album, Blackbirds was awarded International Album of the Year and Song of the Year by the UK Americana Association. In 2015, The Telegraph named her one of the greatest 60 fe- male singer-songwriters of all time. In 2021 she was awarded The Poets Award by the Academy of Country Music. This year Peters is releasing a live album, recorded while on tour in the UK in 2019 with her band and an all-female Scottish string quartet. Sara Petite
Americana Singer-Songwriter
Raised where wild huckleberries grow, Sara originally hails from Sumner, Washington – a tulip farming town southeast of Seattle. She grew up riding in her Dad’s seaplane and on the back of his motorcycle. Her mother raised a trio of women and a son, and gave each of them a strong backbone and sense of self.

Being called everything from “Outlaw country” to “AAA singer-songwriter,” Petite’s songs revive fond memories of history, home and travel.   She has toured Europe 6 times and played various clubs, festivals and venues all over the United States and Europe. 

Her third independently released CD, Doghouse Rose, debut in the Americana Charts at #33 and rose to #22, and held in the charts for 14 weeks.  It also rose to #9 in the Roots Rock Report.  Locally in 2009 she was the Best Americana Country Band in San Diego.   

No stranger to Europe, Petite was first introduced across the pond when her song “Coming Home” from her 2005 debut album of the same name was featured on the compilation CD “Country,” from Universal Music in France. The song and Petite were featured alongside legendary artists such as Tim McGraw, Reba McIntyre, Merle Haggard and Dolly Parton, with whom she’s been compared. 

Not just an original voice, Petite is a natural songwriter, evidenced by the fact in her first-ever songwriting competition, three of her songs advanced in the International Songwriting Competition in 2005, with two making it to the semi-finals. Since then, she has been honored in the West Coast Songwriter’s Competition; Great American Songwriter’s Competition; Great Waters Folk Festival Song Contest (Top 5 finalist); San Diego Music Awards (2nd). In 2006, Petite earned the Grand Prize in the 2006 Portland Songwriting Contest. 

On stage, Petite has opened for such major headliners as Marty Stuart, Josh Turner, Shooter Jennings, Dave Alvin,  Richie McDonald, John Eddie, Todd Snider, Ralph Stanley, Rhett Miller, Railroad Earth, Steve Poltz, Trent Thomlinson,  Lance Miller and Bert Jansch.

Shannon McNally

For those who have followed McNally’s nearly twenty year career the thing that most sticks with the listener about her, is the timeless effortlessness that she brings to all she does. With a long catalog and longer list of peers with whom she has written, recorded and toured, McNally continues to turn out great music that defies blatant genre-fication.

At home across the American (Americana) music spectrum, the Grammy nominee who’s live music career began on the jam band circuit of the 1990’s with bands like Robert Randolph and Derek Trucks, writes as well as she interprets the songs of others, has a top tier musicality to her craft, a soul stirring voice that immediately grabs one by the heart strings and a troubadour’s wanderlust, not to mention as it turns out, she is also an excellent electric guitar player.

Like her anti-hero heroes J.J. Cale, Tom Waits, Bob Dylan. Dr. John, and Jim Dickinson, McNally knows who she serves. She serves the song. Her quiet but steady plodding through the many layers of the business of music, hasn’t ever been rewarded with massive fame and fortune but in time that slow burn has become the treasure in and of itself.

She has performed on Late Night with David Letterman, Tonight with Jay Leno, and The Conan O'Brien Show.

Standard Candle is the solo electronic project of Glasgow based composer and producer, Jamie Wilson. 

Jamie studied composition at the Royal Conservatoire Of Scotland and makes music with computers, synthesizers, guitars, microphones and paper. His background in both electronic and classical music forms the basis of Standard Candle.
