Showcasing some of the finest and freshest talent across the D+B circuit, expect a carefully curated handpicked selection of 174BPM heaters.
The first instalment of the ‘Formulations’ series opens with an energetic track from Hospital Records’ latest signing, Hoax. ‘Spark It’ sees the Bristol-based young gun link up with PVC once again off the back of their low-end rumbler ‘Sekkle’ that came out on Anaïs’ Hospital Mixtape. Seriously weighty.
Next up is ‘Fighter’, a dynamic collaboration between Nu:Tone and Doktor, featuring extra vocal vibes from Gardna. The track merges Doktor's signature dancehall influences with Nu:Tone's crisp soulful production and the outcome is a beautiful infusion of sonic styles.
The first ever ‘Formulations’ EP concludes with a debut release from new-school Bristol talent, Artemis. Aptly named, ‘The Jungle Book’ the track is a heavy-hitting amen rumbler featuring the legendary MC Moose. Signalling her arrival on the release circuit, Artemis is set to be formidable force in D+B and the future is certainly looking bright for her.

Re:growth joins the Yamatai imprint with his highly anticipated debut single ‘Nonanom / Take Me’ a devastating two-tracker that’s already turning heads across some of the world’s most iconic clubs, including Motion, Melkweg, and Grelle Forelle

Since making waves with his breakout ‘Get Close EP’ on Empathy Audio in 2024, Kevin (aka Re:growth) has been on an unstoppable rise. Blending dark, minimal textures with a razor-sharp underground sensibility, he’s delivered standout cuts like ‘Pluka’ and ‘Don’t Talk’, earning him a coveted collaboration with minimal maestro Teej on ‘Juxtapose / Mori’. The buzz hasn’t slowed since, with more projects in the pipeline including more upcoming work on Nyx and whispers of a release on Transparent Audio.

His Yamatai debut marks a significant milestone in this upward journey. Both ‘Nonanom’ and ‘Take Me’ are masterclasses in minimal production tracks that have been rigorously tested across European clubs and radio, gaining widespread acclaim.
