Originally a very old song called An Evening of Love by the late Arabic female singer Um Kalthoom.

This is just a small tune (very quick rough live performance, no editing) from the song performed on my old Yamaha PSR S910 keyboard. 

Some RnB drum kit was used to modernize it with a mix of flute to give it a vintage 60s vibe.

This is a song I always wanted to cover. I adore Richard Marx as a singer and songwriter. Done in collaborations with my friends Keith Adkins and Mark Taylor. Keith played all instruments, at first I thought this version was a little "hard" compared to the original one, but I realized it suited the meaning of the song even better. Mark add his guitar and I love what he did in the solos. I missed the tambourine, like in the live version, so I played it, did the vocals, masterized all tracks and made the video (you can find it on YouTube). I like this song particularily 'cause it's about prejudice and bullying. The guy in the story is accused of killing Mary, his girlfriend, just 'cause he's consider "differet" and "not right". I hope you like my version of this wonderful song.
