Congrats on making such an experimental and interesting track, not your typical Massive track. GL!

This drastic changes in the flow of the composition always helps to keep listener's attention.

Wow!  So alarming!  In earlier sections I felt the mix was somewhat unbalanced and muddied by all the reverb, but this section feels very clear and present (maybe precisely because you left so much room in the backing elements!)

These pizzicat(i?) coming in here are charming.  Lots of expressive sounds in your entry - I think once you've got a little more mixing under your belt your work will shine exponentially more.

Now for some all-but-useless very subjective feedback - 1:11-3:06 has a very clear dramatic arc/"narrative" to me, but the sections before and after it don't feel like they're telling very much of a story?  They feel like pleasant add-ons but don't have a dramatic thrust - they ramp in/out intensity-wise, but are static mood-wise.  The middle is so dangerous, but the intro doesn't really foreshadow it, and to me the outro sounds as if the middle never happened.  "Things are going ok.  Oh no, we're going to die!  Ok we didn't die, things are fine again."

A lot of variety in this piece. Both melodically, rhythmically and in terms of sound design. Well done!

This section is really powerful, esp where the melodies go discordant

and ending on an apprehensive note. Interesting journey overall

One Synth Challenge #121: Any One Synth

The gremlins in Negoba's studio decided to steal snippets of his previous OSC's to create a monster destined to confound and disgust all listeners. Unbeknownst to them, their creation (Jenkins) instead prefers cuddles and long walks on the beach.

All sounds created using Odin2 Softsynth by Wave Warden for KVR OSC #197.

Mix of stock presets, tweaked presets, and init. Shout back a bit to a previous track where I used Odin on an open round. I think I’ve learned a little since then.

Here's my entry for the OSC 10 Year Anniversary! After initializing 5 or 6 projects with various commercial synths, Krakli Plugins' free synth YAVA4 was ultimately the one to inspire my muse. So thanks to Ian Webster for a fun synth that sounds brilliant! 

I can warmly recommend this synth for bird song, orchestral textures, electric guitars and synthwave. Probably for everything else you throw at it, too! :)
