Somewhere [ Coi Tinh ] is the album done by Ha Thanh Lich: The Epically Vocal Artist  with couple songs initially sung partially in English. Two symbolically artistic musical pieces are selected  from the albums of  Barbra Streisand, the legendarily  vocal artist dominating that kind of music of American musical industry for many decades. The musical vocal talent of Barbra is rare and often means  S…OLE and seems unrivaled in human kind until the birth in the small Southeast Asia Country across the boundless and immense Pacific Ocean  and torn by decades of persistently American military involving war.

Ha Thanh Lich chose the legendary songs representing  the utmost ability of musical arts of vocal color of Barbra. One is  Somewhere and another with tempo is Promises. Moreover, The similarity in two musical vocals seems undeniable with sustain, crescendo, vibration, a turn point of midrange, lowest note production, compression and surprisingly even in controlled softness, compression, dynamics, articulation and so forth. ..

Furthermore, Two different persons with two different cultural environments  in two different countries ocean apart etc… seem not understandable delicately but seems  containing relatively identical vocal cord anatomical structure producing the same range, dynamic, contrast and intensity of vocal and so on …  to exhibit the depth of artistically musical soul with very elegantly detailed similarity.

Somewhere [ Coi Tinh ] album comprises of 10 artistically musical pieces of 10 different  musical composers  either Vietnamese and foreigners with a literary prelude  written by the writer Lam Tuong Du and phrased by singer Vu Tuan Dung.  Album carries the whole fully frequency sonic spectrum of the Epic vocalist Ha Thanh Lich varying from the sound colors of deep alto to ones  of mezzo soprano and to ones of soprano.  You, the audience can hear, perceive and even see the fully reflecting colors through the epically rainbow diamond prism of the epic vocalist: Ha Thanh Lich.

You can sense the raspy sustaining vibration of the deepest notes of the alto in the artistically musical piece To Wait For Even Thousands of Years  [Ngan Nam Van Doi] . You can perceive the sweet sound of the mezzo soprano to the low range  of soprano in the artistic pieces like  “Somewhere”, “Thang Sau Troi Mua [In June It Rains (feat. Hoang Thanh Tam)]”. Composer Hoang Thanh Tam introduces historically to the Vietnamese international as well as Vietnamese a whole, the first  song with genre Pop. It requires  the vocal contemporary and wide dynamic       “Chiec La Cuoi Cung [The Last Leaf (feat. Tuan Khanh)]”, “Bay Di Canh Chim Bien [Fly Away, The Sea Bird (feat. Duc Huy)]”,  “Tieng Hat Nua Voi [Intermittent Sound of Music (feat. Tran Trinh)]”.  Eventually,  The artistically musical pieces reflect  the full rainbow color of the epical voice of Ha Thanh Lich ranging from low to deep  alto thru  high to very high soprano in  musical arts with many complex changes in tempo like Promises - Hua Di Anh Vietnamese by Khuc Lan and Em Di Roi _ You Went Away (feat. Lam Phuong].  

The album is remixed, partially redone  and re mastered in the Spring of 2010  to the state of the arts of world modern sonic audio artistic standard by the certified audio engineer: Theodore Stone Becker, Engineer Becker has been  selecting  diligently , retaining  detailedly, preserving  elegantly. exhibiting artistically and dedicating to the spectacles every single note like  every single pure and flawless diamond of both musical vocal and instrumental music as if engineer Stone is searching for the Eternity in the progressively constant change of the modern society.
