 dxrvo is a producer and DJ from Hanover, Germany. He is a resident of Klub PAN Hannover and runs the label & event team 'SYNERGIE'. There you can find a weekly podcast series with international DJ's. There are also EPs and album releases. dxrvo describes his style as hypnotic, minimalist groovy techno.

Brandyy is a techno DJ based in Hanover, Germany. Together with friends he owns collective SYNERGIE. The label runs a weekly podcast series and has released several EP's and a VA.
 
Brandyy has focused on a fast paced old school/hard groove kind of techno. His passion for music was found in Hanover's club scene - especially at Klub PAN in Hanover, Germany where he is also known as a resident.

MARRØN, known for his rhythmic sound driven by his roots, has curated a hypnotizing mix exclusively for Float Records. The mix is released as a limited mix CD containing 31 unreleased tracks by up and coming talents and established artists from the techno landscape. Next to the CD, all tracks are released separately as a VA.  

A word from MARRØN: When I was approached to do a cd mix for Float Records with my complete input from a dj perspective, I was nothing but honored and motivated to create something special. I’ve selectively chosen producers who I feel musically connected to and those who could use a push in their young careers. It’s important for me to be able to give back to the scene as much as it gives me. 

This mix and all the tracks selected are mainly focused on the key elements I wish for in techno, which is having a locked in groove and rhythm throughout the whole duration of time. Pushing for detailed minimalism and pace that keeps you in a driving energetic mood. Punchy variated low ends but never too heavy, a mix that brings the club dancefloor to wherever you are listening to it.

@juriheidemann former known as Mio, is a Berlin based DJ and a versatile producer, focusing on Techno. Influenced by various genres, he is constantly creating his very own vision of electronic music with unique nuances and textures to his sound.

His artistic approach is already audible on important labels such as @beasoneimprint, @quartz-rec, @frenzynl and many more. 
Thanks to his musical knowledge, he takes every crowd on a journey through sound from old school to modern and all the way back. No matter if it takes two or eight hours. 

His sets are equipped with lots of own productions. 
Expect hypnotic grooves, shaky rhythms and endless loops that will keep your feet moving.

Happy Tuesday to everyone! We are happy to be back with this new mix from Sera J.

SERA J. is a techno music producer and dj from Greece. He was born and
raised in Thessaloniki, while he is producing music since 2008.
Influenced especially by his favourite artist Jeff Mills his music can be described as a combination of powerful baselines, strong dynamics with catchy grooves and Detroit details.
Being a local artist, for more than 12 years, of executive underground projects in his city, he has shared the booth with some of the most talented international like Stef Mendesidis, Ben Klock, Jonas Kopp, Dax J, Paal (Voitax), Keith Carnal, Setaoc Mass, Paula Temple, Axel Karakasis, JudaƩ, SNTS etc. , something that helped him to expand his knowledge on what he loves the most.
With strong and very successful releases, on Mutual Rytm, Suara, Out of Place, Adroit, Planet Rhythm etc he made a bigger step to the music scene while his music has gained massive and diverse support, from artists like Amelie Lens, Richie Hawtin, Dax J, Adam Beyer, Ellen Alien, Insolate, Alien Rain, just to name a few, charting and playing his tracks very often.
He is focusing more on production, digging many styles of electronic music. The last years he collaborated with many Greek tv shows & documentaries, covering the music soundtracks & the whole music production of the shows exploring the sounds of ambient music.
His future tho seems bright while he has strong releases in big labels later this year and the next one.
His passion of music is what makes him going up. For him music is a state of mind, interaction, inspiration & creation.

Adroit Podcast Series #037 - Sera J

We are very honored and proud to announce that Sera J has delivered a masterpiece for our latest 403 Podcast 036. 

All the way from Thessaloniki in Greece, Sera J's journey into electronic music began at a young age. Listening to mostly House & Tech House, his brother handed him a USB filled with tracks from legends like Jeff Mills and Robert Hood. This changed his course directly. Starting with local bar gigs to organizing his own events, the turning point came when he received an invitation from his favorite artist 'Annē’, to play together at "Urania." This would have been the kickstart for his further career, it all merged now into a highly recognized name, traveling the world playing alongside big names with his own distinctive sound, while getting lovely critics for his producing work on big labels like Mutual Rytm and Planet Rhythm.

This all happened while pursuing this type of career in Greece, which wasn’t easy at all, From almost zero government support, resulting in a lack of free spaces for creatives to poor infrastructure, to the lack of a supportive community. But, over the past two years, positive transformations are happening, with Athens being a good leading example. New collectives, with fresh ideas, are injecting much-needed air into the scene, creating a supportive community. The potential for growth is there, while things are staring to get brighter on the horizon for the Greek techno scene. 

While facing challenges early on, the passion for creating his own work pushed him through. Drawing inspiration from the Detroit scene, films, documentaries and the simplicity of nature and life, his style is a fusion of powerful baselines, strong dynamics, and catchy grooves. All of his productions work and love for composing his own music has let him into creating his first Live act, premiered on PATTERN Berlin. This is a way for him to be more creative with sounds, and have more control over the music, reflecting more of his personal style and taste.

Keep a keen eye on him, exciting releases and projects are happening soon, such as being a part of the VA ‘Federation of Rytm III’ from Mutual Rytm.
