The first single from Gamma Infolded.

Written in Toronto and Montreal between 2017-2018, this debut LP from ex-terrestrial is in part the residue of long drives through Belgian countryside listening to shadow music. Gamma Infolded is a reflection of the fractured self, a culmination of distractions erected into intricate edifices. Dense foundations of dissonance support quirky, smile-inducing melodies in curious and odd states of being. All that can break is broken and all that is amplified is nullified.

The album will be released on ex-t’s Montreal imprint NAFF, a label co-run by frequent collaborator Priori, on November 7 2019

I'm Hackurr / D87 - I've been a music producer, DJ and writer for two years.

HACKURR - Jungle, breakbeat, 90s rave, drum and bass, quirky electronica.

DREAMER EIGHTY SEVEN - French house, future funk, filtery disco jams, stuff to get DOWN to.

I produce and spin a mix of jungle, breaks, filter house and disco, but my musical tastes have varied over the years and are constantly changing.

I've had the wonderful opportunities to have released on some awesome labels - Deep Extreme (Michigan) Asionyta (Belgium) Creux La Nuit (Uruguay) and my own label Soda, which ran from May 2024 to July 2025.

I'm also the head writer and creator of At The Discotheque, a blog about French house, future funk, disco and the blog house revival - which has been running since February 2025. I've had the opportunities to interview Louis La Roche, Corrout, Opierm, Luv4Loop and a host of others, with lots of great people planning to appear soon. 

Also an author elsewhere! I hope to get my second novel done soon.
