Jason Stephens (born December 16th, 1985) is an American singer, songwriter, and producer.  Born in Augusta, Georgia and raised in Stone Mountain, GA, he was always involved in music in some capacity.  Jason states that his first memory of performing was at his daycare graduation where he sang “End of the Road” by Boyz II Men at the age of five.  Jason would soon turn his attention to other avenues in music.  At the age of eight, Jason wanted to try his hands at playing drums in church and although being a self-taught drummer, he would quickly catch on and become the lead drummer for the church.  A few years later, Jason’s grandmother grew ill.  Prior to her passing away, Jason wrote his first song, dedicated to his grandmother, at the age of eleven.  As Jason got older, he turned his sights to producing at age thirteen, playing piano at age fourteen and into his adult life, recording and audio engineering at age twenty-one.  Since the age of twenty-one, Jason has released seven albums, one mixtape, and is currently finalizing his latest project “Decades”.

During Jason’s career, he’s had the opportunity to work with hundreds of artists in the forms of songwriting, producing and engineering.  He’s also been in a position to open up for CHH artists Flame and Andy Mineo.  Most recently in 2017, Jason had the luxury of working with Montell Jordan in the studio.  Montell was impressed with Jason’s ability behind the boards and decided to come back and record at the studio a second time.  During their second studio session, the two artists were able to share music with one another.  In doing so, Jason was able to soak up so much knowledge and was encouraged to hear an artist of Montell’s caliber tell him that he was skilled enough to write for individuals that are in the industry on a major level.
