Italian jazz beat capo Koralle teamed up with German jazz beat legend FloFilz for the single ‘Blunotte’, taken from his frothcoming album ‘Insomnia’. ‘Insomnia’ will be out on July 28th on LP and digital, and features a bunch of brilliant rappers, producers and musicians. 

Since 2019, MPM has released four of his albums (all digital & on LP). Last year he released the much-praised rap project ‘Eat The Kiwi Skin’ with London MC Isatta Sheriff.

Before delving into the details of the first single, it’s important to understand Isak’sSon’s musical journey thus far. Born out of a deep passion for music and influenced by a diverse range of artists, being a member of the DVSG which many of you are probably aware of – DVSG, an acronym for “David vs. Goliath” was formed by Looptroop with a clear vision in mind. They sought to challenge the conventional norms of the music industry and create a space where artistic expression and authenticity could flourish. DVSG aimed to be a haven for artists who were passionate about their craft and were looking for a label that prioritized creativity and individuality.

Which makes me truly honored of presenting the first single together with them titled Stranger Than Fiction co-produced with in-house member Max I Million. The vibe we’re going for is a smooth ride with bumpy grooves & uplifting energy with soulful female vocal adds.

"I have a vivid memory of snapping the cover image back in 1998 when I was studying in Copenhagen. Little did I know then that music would evolve from a fleeting fascination to a lifelong love and eventually become my profession. The concept of the long haul has come to represent not only the passage of time but also the endurance and patience required to truly thrive in the world of music.

As my fascination with music grew, so did my desire to turn it into a career. The transition from pursuing music as a mere hobby to embracing it as a profession was a significant milestone in my life. It required dedication, perseverance, and an unwavering belief in my abilities. The long haul was not just about enduring the challenges that lay ahead but also about embracing the journey with open arms."

The Long Haul  will be printed on 12″ Vinyl and released under the DVSG label & collaboration with the Ninetofive through digital streaming platforms.
