"I wanted to do something that kept the vocals largely intact, there is no point taking on a remix if you are going to throw away 99% of the original including the main hook. The next thing was to fuse the vocals to my own sounds and make something that fitted in to my own universe. Once I had the tone of the vocal right it all fell in to place quickly. This remix is not ‘Perc goes pop’ nor is it a standard industrial techno track, it is something in the middle, something new for me and that is why I am very satisfied with what I have done."
