Our second guest of 2022 is the Hanau born Ediz, he grew up playing a diversity of classical instruments but what inspired him the most were the drums, which you can hear this clearly in his productions by paying attention to all the different patterns and (poly)rhythms surfing between house, electro, bass and techno released on the SICK Label, Mechatronica, Zas Werren & his self-released tracks. 

His experimental side include trials with signal chains, sound design, foley for short films, live jams and is often triggered by his love for machine & synth manuals. 
This mix contains some music he listened to during the last weeks, older classics and new stuff, including some tracks he made himself and with friends.

adrian asher comes from Scotland Island, a small Island to the north of Eora, Australia. He likes to sing, produce and DJ in the Psychedelic RnG TEK Realms. He has a forthcoming ep on Planetaria Soundsystem and in 2021 has released tracks on YOUR CHARACTER (Tbilisi, Georgia), ANGELS GUN CLUB (Naples, Italy), CLANDESTINE RECORDS (GLASGOW, UK) and BELEK (Paris, France).

In 2021 he gave birth (water birth) to the record label BASS WATER FREAK OUT (BWFO). BWFO aims to provide an Australian platform for the genres of GTeK, RnBTEk and Electro Hybrids. Anything merging the genres of techno, hiphop and bass. Aesthetically BWFO combines feelings of being in Space with being in the Ocean. Both are full on sensory experiences, just like the music BWFO represent. Tune in to their monthly show on Orbital Radio to hear local and International artists in these genres (the show is also broadcast via submarine). Always welcome to send tracks too!

In September 2021 BWFO released BWFO VA001, a massive VA of 30 rare pearls and paua shells. 13 nations from across the world chose their finest submariner artists to create a siren song & raise money for the Australian Marine Conservation Society. Look out for the next two compilations SUBMARINE SLIPSTREAM & MERMAID LEMONADE coming soon. The ocean is like space. Get in the alien liquid. Respect Xx

This EP is not afraid to present raw and unsettling machine noises and rather revels in the bubble bath of reverberating and resonating synths from late night hardware sessions.

- Observer T - 8EM [ 132 bpm ] A perfect example of how a minimal club electro track doesn't have to be complex to make your body bang to it. 

- Electro Techno Freaks! [ 136 bpm ] DJ Unisex screws a smacking bass into your auditory nervous system again and uses only selected inorganic ingredients.
