Halocene's 5th studio album, "Vita Nova", features the band's 5 latest singles released up until the end of 2020. The album title track, "Vita Nova" (Meaning: New life), is the official launch pad for the next decade of Halocene. This EP showcases new and unheard soundscapes for the group, and is heavily inspired by motion picture scoring of film. It is produced, recorded, mixed, and mastered by Bradley Amick.

The Hunter & The Prey

Halocene is an American rock band formed in Phoenix, Arizona, in 2008. The band consists of Addie Amick (lead vocals) and Bradley Amick (producer/guitarist/vocals). The duo relocated to Nashville, Tennessee in early 2023. Variations of additional live performing musicians join the pair while on tour, in music videos, live-streams, and other events.
The group has remained independent since their inception, and have released 6 original studio albums. Their most recent original album, “Maleficent”, was released May 19, 2023. 

Halocene rose to popularity from releasing hundreds of music videos online. This included covers and collaborations with similar independent artists on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok.
