With the help of Cadence & Cause, each compilation released through black. will directly benefit those in need through partnerships with different charitable organizations. For a small (or large) donation you not only receive an entire compilation but also the piece of mind that just by sharing our passion for bass music you did your part in helping someone less fortunate.

Donations from black. Vol. 2 will go to Phoenix Children's Hospital to help fund their brand new interactive music therapy program. Research shows that music therapy can help improve alertness, attention, memory, thinking, verbal expressions, manage pain, and much more. As one of the largest children’s hospitals in the country, Phoenix Children’s provides world-class inpatient, outpatient, trauma, emergency and urgent care to children and families across more than 75 pediatric specialties in Arizona and throughout the Southwest.
