This piece started out about 5 years ago under the title "34 Million Miles". (also on my YouTube channel). I recently remixed and edited the arrangement.

THE TECH.... This track was inspired by an old sound sample I had. I sliced this in the Ableton Live Simpler, FXd it to the max, created a new 8 bar rhythmic loop and then added the "pads and bells" layers. Then building a melody, counter harmonies and angelic voices to give it energy and movement. The "odd" oboe/sax lead sound for the melody is sculptured with an old Native Instruments virtual patch in Absynth.
