A fim de inicar esta série de Sets com o pé direito, este trabalho sonoro é mais do que uma simples coleção de faixas; é uma jornada única e autêntica, moldada pela fluidez dos impulsos criativos e pela conexão genuína com a essência da música psicodélica.

Cada batida, cada melodia, e cada transição deste set foi concebida de forma natural e intuitiva, refletindo a liberdade artística e a espontaneidade do processo criativo. Não se trata apenas de uma montagem meticulosa de faixas, mas sim de uma expressão orgânica da mente e do coração, fluindo livremente através de algumas das tracks que mais me inspiram.

Introspective Impulses é um DJ Set compilando uma sequência intuitiva de alguns dos meus sons favoritos dos últimos tempos. A história viaja por variadas nuances do Psytrance moderno e globalizado, mesclando tracks envolventes que cativam os ouvidos exigentes que as ouvem.

In order to kick off this series of Sets on the right foot, this sonic endeavor is more than just a simple collection of tracks; it's a unique and authentic journey, shaped by the fluidity of creative impulses and genuine connection with the essence of psychedelic music.

Every beat, every melody, and every transition in this set was conceived naturally and intuitively, reflecting the artistic freedom and spontaneity of the creative process. It's not just about a meticulous arrangement of tracks, but rather an organic expression of mind and heart, flowing freely through some of the tracks that have inspired me the most.

Introspective Impulses is a DJ Set compiling an intuitive sequence of some of my favorite sounds of recent times. The story traverses various nuances of modern and globalized Psytrance, blending immersive tracks that captivate the discerning ears that hear them.

Hugo Riveroll (AKA Hamelin) started his musical career in 1990, singing & playing the bass in a band called “La Cloaca”. They played in the best stages in Mexico City in that time.

While he was playing with this band he not only studied a master degree in Audio-Visual Communication, but also studied Audio Engineer and Professional Recordings.

On 1998, his life turns into electronic music and quickly got involved in Djing and producing beats. He quickly made a name and started playing in good clubs and bars in Mexico City.

It was 1999 when he met Odiseo and they started to produce together under the name of Xibalba. They developed a unique and powerful sound that some years later got them playing all over the world in big festivals and events. They released several tracks in different labels around the globe.

After the huge success with Xibalba, Hugo started to produce his own tracks as Hamelin. He made his own live debut on 2005 in the Scandinavian Electronic Music Festival and afterwards he started playing in many other countries too.

Since the summer of 2006 he decided to get more involved with genres like  house, minimal and techno. Hamelin has found a great response producing a distinctive mixture of this styles and keeps doing marvelous tracks and performances all over the world.

Today Hamelin is running the label Flow Mexico Rec and is about to finish and present his new proyect " Nohol "... keep track of it... you will experience a fresh sound into the tech-house and deep house lines of music
