When I first heard Noah of Chubby Cree’s voice soar singing Rock Your World on viral videos of them on the internet at gatherings in the Indigenous community across turtle island. I was absolutely moved at the strength and power his voice held and it stirred something up within me. I also began thinking how cool it would be to work with his vocals someday, so it was quite a surprise when I was asked to do an official remix for the RYW single.

I loved the original recording but really wanted to do something different and just focus on using Noah's vocal stem and redoing the whole musical production in my electronic, bassy, dubbed out Handsome Tiger style. This one has been getting the dance floors going and massive head turns in my DJ sets since finishing it up last summer. I’m really honored to be a part of this special project. And can’t wait to get this one out there and Decolonize the dance floor alongside other fellow talented Indigenous artists.
