Gli Hangarvain hanno pubblicato il disco d’esordio Best Ride Horse a maggio 2014 per Red Cat Records/Audioglobe, con un sound nel quale si incontrano le atmosfere southern dei Lynyrd Skynyrd con la ruvidezza sonora degli Audioslave ed il rock moderno a la Alterbridge e Black Stone Cherry. Nati da un’idea del vocalist Sergio Toledo Mosca e del chitarrista Alessandro Liccardo, il progetto parte realmente nel 2013 quando il combo entra ai South Rock Studio per iniziare a lavorare a Best Ride Horse. Il disco completato insieme ad Alessandro Stellano al basso ed Andrea Stipa alla batteria, sarà poi mixato da Stefano Formato a The Clusters Studio a Cuma (Napoli) e masterizzato ai Sage Studios di Nashville in Tennesse da Steve Corrao. Best Ride Horse è anticipato da due singoli: Free Bird raggiunge la terza posizione dell’Italian Rock Chart di Reverb Nation mentre l’energica Through The Space And Time permette alla band di volare a Londra per tenere un concerto allo storico Nambucca Live Club di Islington. L’occasione dell’uscita del disco a maggio 2014 coincide con la pubblicazione del singolo Get On che diviene inno ufficiale della squadra di football americano Briganti Napoli. Dopo una lunga tournè estiva ed autunnale che porta la band in tutta Italia, a novembre 2014 gli Hangarvain rilasciano un nuovo singolo dal titolo Knock Back Doors il cui video viene realizzato durante il concerto al Crossroads di Roma al fianco degli americani Y&T. Gli Hangarvain vantano numerose collaborazioni illustri ed aperture di concerti di spessore; tra questi si ricordano i Y&T, Pino Scotto, DGM, Fabio Lione, Diaframma, Fabrizio Canali e Rossofuoco.

In 2006 lead singer Sergio Toledo Mosca and guitarist Alessandro Liccardo founded a band called Shamat. Now, after almost ten years, these two friends are still rocking together with a new project named Hangarvain. In the early 2013 when Liccardo came back to Italy after a year spent living and performing in London, the band started recording its debut album at the South Rock Studio in Ercolano with Alessandro Stellano (April Fools, independent) on bass and Andrea Stipa (Mind Key, April Fools) on drums.
The album was mixed at The Clusters Studio in Cuma while Steve Corrao mastered the all ten tracks at Sage Studios in Nashville, Tennessee. When the first song entitled Free Bird was released in June 2013 it reached the position 3rd of the Reverb Nation Italian Rock Chart and more than 5000 users saw its related video on youtube during the first weeks. In November the band released its second single called  Through The Space And Time and fly to England to play a gig at remarkable live club Nambucca in London. The new year 2014 start with the great show of the band opening the international prog metal superstar DGM at Music Against Festival in Naples. Hangarvain release their debut album entitled “Best Ride Horse” anticipated by the new single Get On. The album is physically available in Italy thanks to the Italian rock label Red Cat (Audioglobe Distribution) and in all the digital store from May 2014. In November 2014 Hangarvain released a new official video for the song Knock Back Doors recorded during a great show that the band has played in Rome as opening set of American hard rock stars Y&T.
The band is now touring Italy to promote and share her music with all the rockers out there!
