This was the final 2022 project for Joe Gilder's Home Studio Corner web site. He gave us the acoustic guitar and lead vocal track and we took it from there. Kayla Barkhouse joins me on bgvs. Much fun. Enjoy.

All In My Head - Featuring Joe Gilder

This is an exercise in putting music to an existing drum track so I went back in the time machine about 43 years and sort of recreated a fake rehearsal of Phantom, the band I was in at the time. Learning a new song we'd have someone be 'in charge' of of the song and they would yell out changes and such when we were learning it. So this is kind of what that might have sounded like, except at 15-17 years of age we weren't this good. Well, Jim the bass player was better than what I did on this for sure.
