📀 Licht & Schatten 📀

✍️ Bei Licht und Schatten handelt es sich primär um eine Gruppenübung. Dabei ist es völlig gleich, ob es sich um gute Freunde, Bekannte oder fremde Menschen handelt. 
Zu Beginn setzt man sich in einen Kreis. Dann wählt man sich ein Utensil, welches als Redestab fungiert. Nur wer diesen Gegenstand in Händen hält, darf sprechen. Dann beginnt der erste damit, seinen Schatten in Worte zu fassen. Er nennt dabei eine Tat, Erlebnis oder Eigenschaft welche ihn beschäftigt, belastet oder stört. Der sprechende nimmt sich dabei alle Zeit die er braucht. Anschließend berichtet er denn anderen von einem Licht. Dabei erzählt er etwas positives aus seinem Leben. Denkbar ist alles, von einer netten Geste bis hin zur großen Liebe. Nach dem sowohl ein Licht als auch ein Schatten genannt wurde, ist der nächste dran, solange bis jeder der will etwas gesagt hat. 
Diese Übung hilft dabei klare Gedanken zu fassen. Man lernt sich und die anderen besser kennen und verstehen. Bei Licht und Schatten wird nicht bewertet oder verurteilt. Alle hören hin, was die anderen zu sagen haben und am Ende fühlt man sich (fast immer) befreit und verstanden. 

🎵 Nach längerer Zeit gibt es dieses Mal wieder einen Techno KataHaifisch Podcast zu hören und zu genießen. Die Hamburgerin SKADI geleitet uns heute in ihre technoide, intergalaktische parallel-Traumwelt. Die Bassdrums sind kompromisslos, die Synths brachial und kernig. In den Breaks baut sich Energie und Spannung auf, in den Drops entlädt sich aufgestaute Kraft. Die Parts schreiten, getrieben durch repetitive Melodien voran und am Ende des Tracks fängt das Spiel wieder von vorne an.

Als Teil des erfolgreichen Berliner Kollektivs DIT KLINGT JUT, mischt die Newcomerin mittlerweile seit ca. einem Jahr das Nachtleben unserer Stadt auf. In dieser kurzen Zeit konnte Kriszpy ihr Talent bereits unter anderem im weltbekannten Watergate unter Beweis stellen.   
Die Senkrechtstarterin feilt, im Moment noch im Stillen, an ihren ersten eigenen Releases. Wir sind mehr als gespannt auf das, was noch kommt!
