This is a very early track, the oldest I made I could still find on my hard drives. Probably I made it in 1998. At the time I was stll working with an Atari ST and my trusty AKAI S3000i. 

The Atari obviously didn't even have a hard drive (only MIDI sequencing with Cubase 2.0), and the sampler provided only 24 MEGABYTE of RAM: ALL audio had to fit within this very narrow space. Talk about limitations! 

Synths you can hear in the track include a Moog Rogue (my first ever synth...), a Juno-60, the AKAI itself with its 12 dB (I think) filter and a Wurlitzer Model 200a.

The track wasn't really mixed either. What you hear is the stereo output of the AKAI, so all sound adjustments took place either before sampling the audio or inside the sampler (mostly lowpass filter, leveling and panning).
