Making an overview over my work which I finished on the 14th of july 2015, whit a number of over 13.500 notes and a full orchestra mock up version to listen to.

Telling this about my new work, to honor the great composers John Williams and Hans Zimmer in my music, I used several techniques which make those titans what they are. I add my own counterpoint skills to it and combined them into my interpretation of a buccaneer, pirate based theme suitable for movies, theater and scenery in amusement-parks.

Junction City,

Junction city is a composition based on a western theme scenery, the time of the pioneers in 1850 in the USA
For inspiration and study I examined  the scores of Ottorino Respighi, known for his great work named: Pines of Rome.
The Central melody is in every possible way a mirror true the whole piece. The instrumentation is for brass band.
The usage of mirror counterpoints is snipping true the whole piece.

I wrote this piece because I adore the old pioneers going West to live their american dream.
