He was raised enamored with hip-hop, dance, classical, film scores and international music and started making instrumentals at the age of 18. Throughout the years he started developing a wide range of production skills collaborating with other artists in professional recording studios.

Hapizzez (Coach Jef) resides in America’s Finest City San Diego, California. Over the last few years, he has been a high school and college water polo coach. A U.S. Navy veteran of 21 years, he continues the spirit of service through his actions, music, and faith. As a member of The SOG Crew, Hapizzez has traveled to Hickam Air Force Base, the University of Hawaii, Nashville, Arizona, and all over California. He has been interviewed by Kwon Five-Nine on Speak Life Radio in Las Vegas, Nevada while celebrating at the Latin GRAMMY’s. Hapizzez appears on The S.O.G. Crew album "Fighting 4 Love" distributed by (Thump Records/ Universal Music Group) with a song titled ‘Take Me Away’ produced by Tito Rodriguez and 'Silhouette' featuring NotDonsi.

Like the title suggests, this is just the beginning for the emcee who has already worked alongside rappers like Bla5er, Blo5k, Lil A and Tracy T. 

Joe’s grind is in forward motion as he prepares to release 2 singles “World Turns” and “Far” both produced by Drumma Boy. With every release, his want to succeed intensifies and in no time, everyone will know his name.
