Used some of the mainstays in my setup. But that weird sound effecty thing is the SynthTech E350 Eurorack module. One pretty nifty gadget!

Basically my 808 sampled by my phonogene, which is also synced to the 808's clock. maths is doing some modulating of the vari-speed and the noisering b output is connected to the gene-shift input. the 808's snare is also going thru an sre-555 chorus echo. i start to do some manual tweeking at around the 2 minute mark and then completely abandon the beat when i start going nuts with the manual controls.

sounds pretty rad. very happy with the feel of the rhythm!

Signs of Spring

This song was one single take of a TR808 triggering a Juno 60's arpeggio going into an RE201. This track truely demonstrates the Juno 60's amazing resonant filter during the intro and the transition part in the middle.

All of these songs were made using various analogue synths, drum machines and effects. In no particular order: Korg MS20, Ensoniq ESQ-M, Roland Juno 60, Roland Jupiter 4, Roland SH-101, Roland TR-505/TR-707/TR-808/TR-909, Roland RE-201 Space Echo, SRE-555, Moog Multimoog, SCI Prophet 5, Paia Fatman, Eurorack modular synth, Casio VL-tone, Casio SK-1, and a Korg Polysix. Everything is recorded through an RME FIreface 800 and into Cubase 6.5. 
I composed, recorded and mixed/remixed all of these songs (with a couple of exceptions).
