Coming straight from Lyon (France), RAββeAT sets have no boundaries between techno and hardcore. His music is the expression of deep emotions carried by the violence of hard industrial sounds.
Attracted by loud kicks and noisy ambiances, he likes to contrast the coldness of metallic textures with the warmth of melancholic melodies.
He found his signature techno style by releasing on labels like SCTR, LABURNŪM Records, Cartel Recordings or Rave Session. Later he gave birth to his hardcore roots on the established label Dark. Descent. or Dusk Records. His work has already been supported by artists like Paula Temple, Somniac One or Manu Le Malin.
RAββeAT is also a resident and a co-founder of Stickzy Production.

With the release of his new double album Between the Candle and the Star Ophidian returns to his roots. Between the Candle and the Star is the third Ophidian-album. Previous albums featured sidesteps to other genres, but this time the conscious decision was made to stick to the pure, raw hardcore with which he made his name in the past decennium.

The album title refers to the place humans inhabit in the universe. Ophidian: "The candle is a tiny light, the star the largest we know. We exist somewhere in between." For this album he has teamed up with known acts like Ruffneck, Tapage and The Outside Agency, but also spent quality studio time with new collaborators like Tha Playah and Minckz. 

Also featured are remixes of his tracks by among others Rude Awakening and The Viper. He himself worked on remixes for DJ Promo, Angel and Miss Hysteria.  On the album, disc 1 features mainly the brand new songs and collabs, and disc 2 is a collection of the remixes and tracks recently released on other labels.

Super Techno DJ Mix

Back in summer 2018, I made my very first industrial techno EP, called "C'est La Vie", which means "So Is Life" (which is also the title of the sequel EP I made later on, the one with "Existence Is Eternal")
But I've never released it because it felt like it didn't fit anymore with my style. But over time, I thought that I would release it for a special occasion.

So here we are now !
"C'est La Vie" is a concept EP about life. Each track refers to a period in the process of life and death.

- Embodying Dance is about birth.
- C'est La Vie is about life.
- Disembodying dance is about death (I really like this one bc Native American traditions believe that when Death comes, you have a chance to dance your last dance, and Death has no choice but to watch).
- One Way Traveller is about afterlife.

The EP remained as it was in 2018, all the tracks stayed the same (except the artwork & mastering).
