Over 78 minutes of Koko Taylor’s best from her long career at Alligator Records.  Koko was the preeminent blues woman in the world – the undisputed Queen of the Blues.  With her huge, gritty voice and the backing of her powerhouse band, The Blues Machine, she delivered touch Chicago blues over a 45-year career, ending with her death in 2009.  Koko won just about every award the blues world had to offer, including 29 Blues Music Awards (more than any other artist).  Seven of her last eight Alligator albums received Grammy nominations.  Highlights include Wang Dang Doodle, I’m A Woman, Ernestine and Let The Good Times Roll.

Random Access Memories: Es el cuarto álbum de estudio del dúo francés Daft Punk. Fue lanzado oficialmente el 17 de mayo en Australia, lanzado después en el Reino Unido el 20 de mayo y para Estados Unidos el 21 de mayo de 2013, bajo licencia de Daft Life. El inicio de grabación de este disco inició cuando el dúo preparaba el soundtrack de la película Tron: Legacy, sin un plan claro en cuanto a lo que sería su estructura. Después de haber anunciado su nuevo contrato con Columbia Records, Daft Punk empezó a promocionar el nuevo álbum con carteles, anuncios televisivos y series para Internet.
Random Access Memories hace un tributo a la música estadounidense de la época de los 1970s y la primera parte de los 1980s, particularmente al sonido de Los Ángeles durante esa época. Daft Punk - Within

Blues number famously covered by Boz Skaggs and Duane Allman, which you absolutely must find and listen to. A-mazing record. 
Solo guitar here (trusty old Strat Lone Star) done in one take, no dubs (after much rehearsal). Probably too many backing instruments (programmed drums, bass, ac gtrs, piano, 2 organs (B3  included)). I screwed up the lyric but am elsewise pleased with the result. "Call me a dime"? What?

Oh, and sincere apologies to Roy Buchanan.
