F-on, also known as Alfonso Pomeda is a DJ and producer and has been a prominent figure within the Madrid electronic music scene for many years .His progressive sessions, profound and with long mixes, are real voyages that sail through experimental music, ambient and horizontal and dubby techno. His productions are 4x4 experiments of low tempo with field recordings and marked spaces, where he explores timbres, textures and cinematographic structures.
He has recently launched together with Kawn, "Tactil",  a project formed in 2020 focused on experimental slow techno that released its first vinyl in April this year on Antimatter.
He is multi-tasking running Is the Place record-store, doing the curation of the Festival Mostra At Barcelona; Antimatter label , Alpenglühen events & label...
Alpenglühen is a German word which conveys an optical phenomenon in which the last light ray on the mountain falls before nightfall. It is called that because the music falls somewhere in between light and darkness.

Minù Jr is a multi-faceted project, in constant evolution, always looking for new influences. His two techno-sounding EPs, Ostinato and Electronic Pulses, reveal the artist's discovery of electronic music production.
In the last one, Electronic Pulses, he presents his singularly audacious vision of techno with four tracks with different atmospheres.
This year, Minù Jr joins the roster of the Lyon-based collective/label Monochrome and increases the BPM towards a synthetic drum n bass tinged with dub. The programmer of Chalet Perché (which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year) continues his discovery with several strings to his bow and arrows always well sharpened.

PREMIERE: How To Levitate - Light And Dust [Indefinite Pitch]

Jordi Aparicio and Joan Gila @joan-gila (@hoc-radio), both from Tarragona, are the duo behind @binomi. Both avid collectors of records, their search for sound brought them together in Barcelona more than a decade ago. We will be able to enjoy their more eclectic side at Perpen23 with a selection of tribal, psychadellic, synth and downtempo sounds. 
In this mix, we wanted to create a turning point by proposing sounds that are not so aligned with the festival lineup, a very personal and different selection of vinyl records to be able to step out and then step back into the deeper sounds. Music for aperitif time and to enjoy the sunhours in the woods.

Our podcast series continues. Today I want to share with you another immersive journey, all tracks are written and produced by this month’s guest: Medulla Oblongata.

Based in Nancy, Florent is a distinct DJ who thrives in his musical habitat, navigating between ambient sounds and the mesmerizing beats of techno. His performances are invitations to mesmerizing experiences, enticing dancers to lose themselves in the music. 

‘’ This is a live performance created for the 'Open Source' event organized by the @trevemusicofficial and GRAVE collectives in Nancy, France. It was composed during the ongoing genocide in Gaza. The ethnic cleansing happening with the complicity of Western governments, including my own, deeply distresses me. As an artist, I find it impossible to promote my music without addressing this situation. Several tracks in the live performance were specifically composed for this occasion. The live recording will be available on my Bandcamp as a 'name-your-price' release, with 100% of the proceeds donated to UNRWA.’’

‘’ In the live performance, you can hear that the more the cassette is played, the more the tape becomes damaged, reminiscent of the poignant 'Disintegration Loops' by William Basinski. I view this unfortunate occurrence as a poignant metaphor for my mood during these tragic times."

Recently, Medulla Oblongata has brought together the talents of around twenty established artists from the ambient, deep techno, and techno scenes to create a compilation album (V/A). All proceeds from this compilation will be donated to ‘’The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA)''. The release of the compilation is scheduled for early December 2023.
