I am a husband, a new dad, and life has thrown me its own set of challenges. All kinds of people have been my support system and I want to be the same support for the grief experienced folks out there. I had a stroke, went through a divorce and my older brother passed on before my 24th birthday. Experience&nbsp;can take a ton of different paths. I grieved losing an older brother. As well as losing who I knew that I was pre-stroke because I was a different person post-stroke. I questioned by ability to love again after my divorce.
Certainly I considered giving up plenty of times. I battled depression and anxiety for years. Then I&nbsp;&nbsp;began consuming every book I could on grief recovery. I began seeing is benefits play out in a tangible way.
I will give you value with the podcast releasing every Tuesday starting on September 1, 2015. Interviewing people that are experts in the field about what we can do to pick up the pieces and start walking through our grief story.
