The Vibe Curator:

Music has been my heartbeat, before I even hit the world. Literally!
My dad would place headphones over my mother’s belly to calm me while I was still in the womb. Fast forward to the Walkman days, mixtapes, and cd’s, I’ve always been vibing to my own soundtrack.

At age 10, I got my first taste of DJing, and from there, I was hooked. 
Life pulled me into different creative spaces along the way—writing poetry, dropping mixtapes, recording features—music has been a consistent theme in my life.

In 2014, I was re-introduced to the DJ world and it’s been a journey of connections, creativity, and good vibes ever since.
My style? Think laid-back, with soul. I’m all about the vibe, the feeling, and that old-school energy. I’m an 80’s baby, raised in the 90s, so that era is where I feel at home. My influences go deep—my mom was all about Anita Baker, Luther Vandross, and jazz from stations like CD101.9, while Pops kept it funky with Earth, Wind & Fire, Isley Brothers, and Heatwave. Growing up in Jersey, I got a mix of that northern edge, but spending summers down South with my cousins added that dirty south influence to my musical palette. Add in the Wu-Tang Clan, Tribe Called Quest, and Black Moon from my Big Brother, and you’ve got this eclectic mix of sounds that shape my sets.

It doesn’t stop there thanks to stations like MTV that introduced me to Rock, Pop, Reggae & Reggaton and the Mixtape era that introduced me to the underground House/Jersey Club sound.
My musical range is pretty much whatever you need.

Over the years, I’ve had the honor of spinning at a host of community events in the Tri-State area, like the Plainfield Fair & House Festival, being part of the Annual Pink Event in Baltimore, MD for six years, and a recent resident DJ with Audible's of Newark.
Weddings, parties, corporate, you name it—I love setting the tone to curate the perfect atmosphere & those special moments.

Every track I play, every mix I drop, carries a bit of the love and wisdom passed down from the people who shaped me the most.
