The ‘So Far To The End’ EP artwork is an aerial photograph of the glacial river Ölfusá on Iceland’s south coast, taken by Jan Erik Waider. A fine art photographer based in Hamburg, Germany, Jan is known for capturing abstract landscapes of the northern latitudes. With a focus on water, ice, and intricate natural patterns, his work reveals the beauty hidden in the subtle details of the world around us.The dynamic forces shaping Iceland’s glacial rivers also sustain its rich marine ecosystems, where conservation efforts are crucial to protecting biodiversity. Ocean Missions (@oceanmissionsiceland) is an Iceland-based NGO using science, education, and adventure to protect Arctic marine ecosystems.
