What's the perfect music for modern trance dance ceremonies of the 21st century? Obviously there's no simple answer to this question. Fast, hard rhythms and cascades of spaced-out sound effects prove to be an excellent medium for journeys to Inner Space. However, mellow grooves and dreamy melodies work just as fine to make the feet moving and the mind drifting away to alien worlds. That's why Black Out Records is not about a particular style, a particular genre. It's about deep, psychedelic sound – in all its synapse-tickling variety.

Label founder DJ Psycko has witnessed the musical evolution of the scene since 2000, both as an eager party freak and as a passionate DJ. During all these years he has seen the change of the psychedelic seasons, new subgenres popping up, trends coming and going. In face of this dynamic development he never restricted himself to a particular style. That's why his brainchild Black Out Music, born in 2015, is meant to be a universal interface between Trance freaks and producers. The sound of the label oscillates around psychedelic deepness – 'Electronic Trance' would probably be the best description, as this term says everything and nothing.

Was ist die beste Musik für die modernen Trance-Tanz Zeremonien des 21. Jahrhunderts? Eine eindeutige Antwort darauf gibt es nicht. Schnelle, harte Rhythmen und weltfremde Soundeffekt-Kaskaden eigenen sich hervorragend für Reisen in den Inneren Kosmos. Aber mit entspannten, groovigen Klängen und verträumten Melodien lässt sich ebenfalls großes Kopfkino herbei zaubern. Aus genau diesem Grund geht es bei Black Out Records nicht um ein bestimmtes Genre, einen bestimmten Stil. Es handelt sich vielmehr um ein Open Source Projekt für deepen, psychedelischen Sound in all seiner synapsenkitzelnden Vielfalt.

Schon seit 2000 beobachtet Labelgründer DJ Psycko das musikalische Szenegeschehen mit ungebrochener Begeisterung – auf der Tanze und hinterm Mischpult. Im Laufe der Jahre hat er erlebt, wie neue Subgenres entstanden sind, wie Trends kamen und gingen. Auf einen bestimmten Style festlegen konnte er sich angesichts dieser Tatsache nie. Deshalb versteht sich das 2015 ins Leben gerufene Black Out Records auch eher als universelle Schnittstelle zwischen Trance-Freaks und Produzenten. Erlaubt ist alles, was aufgrund von psychedelischem Tiefgang Spaß macht. Deshalb spricht er auch gerne von 'Electronic Trance' – ein Begriff, der auf wunderbare Weise alles und nichts sagt.

Behind the name, Drip Drop is   Michail Chavales, born in Athens Greece. Michael’s interest in electronic music started in the early 90s. He slowly started producing music in 2005 while he studied sound engineering in SAE Institute and in 2009 he joined Harmonia rec family and made his first release under the Ridden project. While performing at events around the world the idea of Drip Drop was born and immediately Michael started to work on this new project. In 2014 the  Drip Drop Album was released from Harmonia, becoming a success on most of the dance-floors worldwide. Since then, Drip Drop participated in some of the biggest festivals around the world and while releasing multiple tracks for VA’s and compilations. In 2019 Michael is presenting a new adventure  “Drip Drop in Lost City”, his second full album under the Drip Drop name is coming soon from Harmonia Records.  Technical Dark ॐ is a Independent psytrance project from Immanuel Stephen, Is a Dj / Producer and a Digital Designer, Born and raised in Ooty, India.  Also the Owner Of a Record Label called @navagrahamcrew. 

Purveyor of deep infectious dance grooves and Dark atmospheres, He Is  Never afraid to go too deep into the music, his emotive musical selections are his own therapy.  His Favourite Sub-genres of Psytrance are Forest , Darkpsy, Experimental Darkpsy.  He picks apart and infuses together all the pieces of different tracks which are beautiful in synth works, ethereal in backdrops, fat in basslines, and occasional demonic vocals all on top of a pronounced foot-shuffling beat.This translates into sets where he picks apart and infuses together all the pieces of this music that he has ever perceived. He is capable of delevering a beautiful story of the forest, as well as the beauty of the darkness. With crystal clear sound waves passing all around the dancefloor. For him it’s all about exploring innovative sounds in divergent genre, and savor each event to the chock-a-block, because encountering people swing and dangle is by virtue that brings him the adrenaline rush That makes him a very active member playing On The Deck Since 2015.

Fobi is the musical project of Darko Velkovski, born and raised in Macedonia. He works in his studio in Shtip, transforming his inspiration and dreams into wonderful music. 
He started listening to psytrance about 1997, at one of the most amazing musical peaks in this music industry and was immediately captured by it. The music from that period is still very inspiring to him. After just listening to psytrance for about 3 years, Darko decided to kick things off himself and he started DJ-ing. Few years later (2002), he started his own personal project Fobi. 
With incredible dedication and discipline he wrote an endless amount of mind blowing tunes. His music has been described as a brilliant fusion between the more morning oriented melodies as well as the nasty sick growly noises that are so typical for nighttime psytrance. This man blends them both together in a delicious delicate mixture, which is guaranteed to propel you into an oozing orbit.
