Capel's favorite sort of weather is rain. Despite being a licensed medical doctor and very concerned with keeping things sanitary, she tends to go out into the rain and splish splash in every puddle she can find. "Weird hybrid" describes both the song AND Capel!
I leaned heavier into the JRPG aesthetic than the 80s one for this song. I also left in a couple little mistakes to make it feel more Capel-like, considering her entire life is a mistake.
