The Upload

This is the save select theme for Sonic CDX, a fangame I am creating the soundtrack for.

I got to do this track for Ax once again, and although it took a couple of tries to get towards the proper direction, I am always happy working with him, since he is very open with everything I do, and lets me go nuts.

This track ended up somewhat sounding like something from Sonic R (which i dig), so I went with it. Also you can hear that I included a little cameo towards the motif of Sonic CD, which I'm really happy that fit right in.

Also you might find the track sounding slightly different ingame, since it is compressed there to match the volume of the rest of the soundtrack. I want to distance myself of doing tracks too loud, since the mixing always ends up being a mess. Hopefully it won't be as jarring too next to any other content and tracks.

Sonic Classic 2 SAGE'21 - Gigalopolis (Unused?)

I always thought that the Bloodlines theme from Dracula X sounded very Mega Man-esque, so I thought it'd be an interesting idea to try covering a Mega Man song in that style.

MARIO ADVENTURES I (Main BGM #1) Recreation

Inspired by the scrapped R2 level. An ancient city set near the mountains that is said to be a secret experiment by the inhabitants of the Mircale Planet. A Land that was able to sustain biological life, in conjunction with the planet's artificial life. The conclusion was a sacred palace filled with everlasting energy and peace. Waterfalls mads of rainbows, stones made of a strange glittery material, and plant life the likes of which you've never seen. it was considered a sanctuary for all inhabitants of the planet, and was once the resting place of the time stones...however. Robotnik has placed tubes and machines all over the place, hoping to suck this energy out, and use the power for his own purposes. Can hope be restored to this place of beauty?

Miracle Maze Zone [Present]

Sonic had come across a peculiar set of sneakers while running through the landscape. At first he ignored them, but couldn't help but admire their sleek design. What's more, they fit him perfectly! How could he say no? With the new sneakers on his soles Sonic began to run faster and faster, eventually breaking the sound barrier, but as he did this he began to spark and shocks of electricity emanated from his body. The world began to dissolve into a strange Rainbow like void. Sonic obviously confused stopped running for a second to look around, but the moment he slowed down, he had appeared in the same place...but a different time. "Hmm, the planet's magic must have done something to these sneakers! Now I can travel through time!", Sonic decided to take a look around this new place before continuing his journey.
